Nejim
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Nejim founded Trilogy because he believes independent business owners deserve the tools large companies use, at a price they can afford and without the complexity. He saw owners lose time and money to systems that did not work together, so he chose to build one platform. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads the company and decides what Trilogy builds next based on what makes work behind the counter easier. He spends much of his time visiting stores and listening to owners describe their shifts. What he learns guides the product plans.
Eyad
Co-Founder & Head of Sales
Eyad is a co-founder of Trilogy and leads sales and partnerships. He is usually the first person a merchant meets, and he treats that first conversation as the start of a long relationship rather than a pitch. He works directly with owners to understand how their business runs today, what slows it down, and what switching would honestly involve, then stays close through the rollout so the first day on Trilogy feels calm instead of risky. His rule is simple: never promise a merchant something we would not want to run in our own store. That is how Trilogy ends up recommended to the store next door.
Amar
Chief Technology Officer
Amar leads product and engineering across the entire platform: the point of sale, the back office, payments, and the hardware they run on. He cares most about the moments where software meets a line of waiting customers, so he designs for the busiest rush of the week rather than the demo. That means fast checkouts, clear screens, and updates that never get in the way of a sale. He watches how real merchants use every feature and trims anything that adds taps without adding value. For Amar, the best technology in a store is the kind the staff stop noticing.
Faysal
Chief Operating Officer
Faysal runs the day-to-day operations of Trilogy, from onboarding new merchants and supporting live stores to the quality bar every release has to clear before it ships. An engineer by trade, he also builds the AI camera intelligence that watches over Trilogy stores, turning cameras into a second set of eyes for owners. Working both jobs keeps him honest: the support calls he hears shape what he engineers next, and everything he engineers has to survive a real store. He measures success in quiet weeks, when merchants do not have to think about their systems at all.
